Financing options:

"Cash" sale 

• Pay for your building all at once (or a down payment due with paperwork, and the remainder paid at delivery).

3 year Rent To Own

• NO CREDIT CHECK 36 month rent to own option, no early pay off penalties, can be used if you want to take advantage of the 90 days same as cash option.

5 year Rent To Own

• NO CREDIT CHECK 60 month rent to own option, no early pay off penalties, can be used if you want to take advantage of the 90 days same as cash option.

90 Days Same As Cash

• Start off with either the 3 or 5 year rent to own option, and pay it off within 90 days and you pay no interest/finance charges.

Tax exempt?  Bring your Form 5000 or 5000a with you, or fill one out at the lot.

Down payment can be made by cash, ACH check, debit/credit card, cashier's check, or money order. Payments in full or above the down payment requirement paid by debit/credit card will incur a 3% processing fee.  The down payment can be paid with a debit/credit card WITHOUT paying the 3% fee as long as the remaining balance is paid on or before delivery with any payment method other than a debit/credit card.

If you plan on financing, please bring a valid Government or Tribal issued ID with you and be prepared to provide two personal references.
